Cancellation & Replacement
To ensure that we provide the best customer service, all items from the social pup Shop are subject to exchange and return within 7 days from the date they reach you. All you need to do is:
• Ensure that it remains in its original condition.
• Ensure that the client is in possession of the receipt, or has proof of purchase.
• Call our customer care team.
Exchange and Return terms and condition:
• Exchange and Return policy include all the items sold by the social pup online shop and app.
• In the case of receiving a wrong or damaged item, the social pup shop will bear all shipping and exchange costs, and in case you want to exchange or return for any other reason, the social pup shop will not bear any shipping costs that will result.
• The customer is not entitled to the cashback in case of returning items purchased through rewards points, as he will be compensated with reward points.
• If the customer gets a free credit or a free purchase voucher, he is not entitled to convert the balance into cash.
• the social pup Shop will return the paid amounts in the form of a cash balance in the customer’s account in the shop once the returned shipments arrive at the warehouse, or the amount can be transferred to the customer bank account in not less than a week after contacting the customer and taking all the needed information.
• If the customer purchases the items via Visa or MasterCard cards, and the customer wishes to recover the amount, compensation will be made by returning the payment to the same Visa or Master Card, and the recovery period is subject to the policy of the bank (or the electronic payment agent).
• If the customer got free shipping by purchasing items their value exceeds (300 riyals) which are eligible for free shipping and wishes to return the products, the social pup Shop has the right to collect any return shipping costs that will result.
